Conditions for reservation of accommodation in the hotel "President Hotel"

resident Hotel is located in the business downtown — Pechersk, and is the complex with vast territory and wide range of the services. There are 271 comfortable rooms of the various categories in the hotel, which provide the maximum comfort accommodation for the clients with limited budget as well as the lux-category for VIP guests.

We provide for the guests of the hotel the services of the restaurant (two halls: «Evropeysky» and «Slovyansky»), bars, room-services, laundry and dry-cleaner's services, shoeshine, concierge assistance, health&beauty center, fitness center, pool, sauna, currency exchange, cars rental, guarded parking, souvenir shop, business center services.

The distances:

- to the Borispol Airport is 39 km;

- to the Railway Station - 5 km. 

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the city centre - the Independence Square and 5 minutes - to the Sport Palace. Our address: 12, Hospitalna street, Kyiv, 01023, Ukraine.

Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel. If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance.

• Early accommodation is provided:
  - early check-in is guaranteed during reservation of room in 24 hours prior to the planned arrival with 100% payment of cost per room for 24-hour period accommodation;
  - late check-out is available only if there are free rooms at the hotel;
  - extra payment for late check-out is in cash;
  - check-out from 12:00 to 20:00 - 50% payment of cost per room;
  - check-out after 20:00 - 100% payment of cost per room.

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference by e-mail or by fax not later than 15 days before accommodation.

If the message concerning cancellation was sent later the above indicated terms, the Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per reserved room from advance payment of the company.

Costs for accommodation

prices in USD, EUR, RUR can vary in the case of significant fluctuation of currency rates.

if you pay in EUR and USD, the banking commission is paid by participant additionally.

Prices are indicated with the discount and include: accommodation in the selected category of room, breakfast buffet (07:00-11:00), Wi-Fi Internet, delivery of 2 packages of luggage, delivery of fax and other correspondence to the room, open parking, sauna, pool (07:00-11:00)

Other services provided by infrastructure are payed additionally
