Conditions for participation in the conference

Registration fee for one participant:

* Bank commission is paid by the Participant additionally

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in the sessions according to the program of the conference

• Conference information materials (catalogue of the conference, the list of participants with contact details, presentations)

• Placement of the company's business card in the conference catalogue

• Reception party

• Coffee break, lunches

Cost of participation for members of the family - 350 USD / 250 EUR

The cost includes attendance at the reception party in honor of the conference participants.

Discounts:

• 5% discount is provided to the second, third and forth delegate from the company

• Participants of the conference "Oilseeds&Oils"-2010" get a 15% discount for participation in the conference "Fat-and-oil industry-2010" (November 24-26, Ukraine, Odessa, hotel "Odessa")

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Participation as a conference sponsor;

• Receiving of the package of advertising services;

• Assistance of the organizers in establishing the business contacts between the conference participants before the conference and during it

Accommodation program is provided by the organizers for an additional fee

Terms of applications acceptance and payment:

• Applications for participation in the conference are accepted till October 6th inclusive.

• Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by the organizer according to the participant's application form;

• The participant may cancel his participation unilaterally. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature.
  Payment return in case of cancellation of:
  - Until August 31 - 80% of the paid sum is returned
  - From September 1 to 30 - 50% of the paid sum is returned
  - After September 25 - the paid sum is not to be returned
