According to the State Customs Service, in 2023/24 MY, as of September 13, Ukraine exported 5.37 mln tonnes of grains and pulses, reported the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine.
As of September 14, 2022, the total grains export amounted to 5.85 mln tonnes.
In particular, in the current season, Ukraine shipped:
- wheat – 2.5 mln tonnes (1.83 mln tonne in 2022);
- barley – 542 thsd tonnes (525 thsd tonnes);
- rye – 0.6 thsd tonnes (1.3 thsd tonnes);
- corn – 2.31 mln tonnes (3.42 mln tonnes).
The total export of Ukrainian wheat flour, as of September 13, reached 28.4 thsd tonnes (16.3 thsd tonnes in 2022).
