Seed Forum-2022: largest representatives of seed business to gather in Kyiv in month




On February 14, 2022, an international conference Seed Forum-2022 will take place in Kyiv (President Hotel). The event will gather the representatives of seeds and neighbor markets of Ukraine and Europe.

Participants of seed forum will get three informational sessions providing presentations from experts and analysts of seeds market, representatives of industry ministries and institutions as well as Ukrainian and European associations.

Seed Forum-2022 agenda includes the following sessions:

Overall trends and prospects of the seeds market. We will overview global and Ukrainian markets, state support, export prospects, advantages of equality with the EU standards for Ukrainian seeds, innovations and seeds falsification.

 Peculiarities of formations of seeds fund in Ukraine. Analysts and experts will present trends of grain and oilseed markets of Ukraine: changes in production and costs structures, industry challenges. Leading representatives of the seed business will talk about new solutions for seed preparation. Agricultural producers will share their own experience in the formation of the seed fund.

French selection: trends, advantages, prospects. Experts of French National Federation of Maize and Sorghum Seed Production (F.N.P.S.M.S) will provide an analysis of the European corn and sorghum seeds market, share their vision of current trends in French seeds selection for the Ukrainian market and the advantages of corn seeds production in France. The experience of using seeds of French selection in Ukraine will be presented.

Additionally, the organizers of the conference – APK-Inform, French National Federation of Maize and Sorghum Seed Production (F.N.P.S.M.S) and Seed Association of Ukraine – will hold a press-conference.
