In May, export of soybean from Ukraine increased by 32% m/m to 63.4 thsd tonnes, up 75% y/y.
Elevated export was stimulated by higher shipments to Turkey, which imported almost 32 thsd tonnes of Ukrainian soybean in May.
According to APK-Inform, Ukraine exported more than 1 mln tonnes of soybean in September-May 2021/22 MY, down 25% y/y. About 200 thsd tonnes may be exported until the end of the current season.
