Registration fee for one participant:

* Bank commission is paid by the Participant additionally

Cost of participation for members of the family - 475 EUR/640 USD(includes dinner in the first day of the conference, reception party in honor of the conference participants, historical half-day excursion).

Rixos Premium hotel accommodation is OBLIGATORY for family members and participants!

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in the sessions according to the program of the conference

• Conference information materials (catalogue of the conference, presentations)

• Reception party

• Coffee break, lunches

Additional opportunities for participants:

• Participation as a conference sponsor;

• Participation in the exhibition within the framework of the conference

• Receiving of the package of advertising services;

• Assistance of the organizers in establishing the business contacts between the conference participants before the conference and during it

Terms of applications acceptance and payment:

• Payment conditions - 100% prepayment as per the invoice charged by the organizer according to the participant's application form;

• The participant may cancel his participation unilaterally. Cancellation of participation in the conference is accepted only in writing form confirmed by company head's signature.

• Payment return in case of cancellation of:

  - Until January 10 - 80% of the paid sum is returned

  - From January 10 to February 20 - 50% of the paid sum is returned

  - After February 20 - the paid sum is not to be returned

Accommodation program is provided by the organizers for an additional fee.

The rooms are booked at the hotel Rixos Premium, Belek, Antalya.
