 The luxury class hotel "Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv" is located on the embankment of the Dnipro River in the historic district of Kiev - Podil district. The new 10-storey building in classical style comes in harmony with the surrounding historic housing development. Private reception desk and comfortable lounge. The conference center with the total area of 1210 square meters, including a ballroom with the area of 480 sq.m. Willow Stream Spa, offering six soothing treatment rooms, relaxation room, separate male and female zones with sauna and steam room, beauty salon. Underground parking for 62 places.

 The hotel features 258 comfortable guest rooms, including 54 suites, and also the royal and presidential suites. Every turn reveals unrivalled views of the Dnipro River, the golden domes of surrounding cathedrals, and countless world-famous architectural landmarks.

 The hotel has restaurant services for guests - two luxury restaurants at several halls in different styles, bar "Champagne", cigar bar.

The hotel is located in 39 km from the Boryspil International Airport, and 8 km from the Central Train Station.

Accommodation services are provided on the basis of the application of the company and on conditions that free places are available in the hotel. If you are going to stay at the hotel longer than it was planned initially, please, inform us in advance.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon

• Early check-in and late check-out are payed additionally:

- early check-in is guaranteed during reservation of room in 24 hours prior to the planned arrival with 100% payment of the cost per room for 24-hour period of accommodation;

- late check-out is available only if there are free rooms at the hotel;

- extra payment for late check-out is in cash;

- check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 - 50% payment of the cost per room;

- check-out after 18:00 - 100% payment of cost per room.

Conditions of application cancellation

Application for accommodation can be canceled by the Company only in the written form to the address of the Organizer of the conference via e-mail or fax, not later than 15 days before accommodation.

If the message concerning cancellation was sent later the above indicated terms, the Organizer is entitled to deduct 100% accommodation cost per reserved room from advance payment of the Company.

Costs for accommodation

The prices in USD, EUR, RUR can vary in the case of significant fluctuation of currency rates.

If you pay in EUR or USD, the banking commission is paid by the participant additionally.

The prices are indicated with the discount and include: accommodation in the selected category of room, breakfast - "buffet service" in 08:00-10:00, Wi-Fi Internet, handcarry of 2 pieces of luggage, delivery of faxes and other correspondences to the room.

Other services provided by the infrastructure are payed additionally.

Note:

• Application for accommodation is reserved only after payment of the registration fee for participation in the Conference.

• In the application for registration of accommodation only paid applications are priority.
