The ban on the supply of certain types of Ukrainian agricultural products to 5 EU member states has been extended until 15 September, but it will be gradually eased, according to the press service of the European Commission.

According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, durum wheat, corn hybrids, as well as planting season supplies will be excluded from the ban.

“These temporary measures have been taken due to logistical bottlenecks for these products in Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. A gradual rejection will significantly improve the "solidarity lanes" and resolve the problems with the export of Ukrainian grain from the country for this harvest", - added the EU Commission release.

It is also emphasized that the current restrictions should not interfere with the transit of Ukrainian agricultural products through the territory of Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.
