Also, he occupied the position of a civil employee in the Ministry of Agriculture, Agrifood, and Forestry of France; in 1992-1996 he headed the Supreme national agricultural educational institution of Dijon (ENESAD); in 1997-2003 - Counsellor on agricultural matters of the economic mission with the French embassy in Moscow; in 2005-2009 - Counsellor to the Government of Ukraine on agricultural matters (seconded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France for cooperation with the Government of Ukraine). Since December 2009 and till now occupies the position of the Counsellor to the Board on agricultural matters at PJSC CRÉDIT AGRICOLE BANK.
In 2010, he was elected as the foreign member of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences at the Department of scientific support for transfer of innovations. He is the member of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (2003), the French Academy of Agriculture (2006), the National Council of Engineers and Scientists of France (CNISF), Advisor to the Chamber of Commerce of Burgundy, Member of the Chamber of commerce of young entrepreneurs, etc.
