To date, Ukraine faced the real "soybean boom", declared the Head of the informational division at APK-Inform Agency, Irina Ozip on June 21 at the 2nd American-Ukrainian Agrarian Congress in Washington, DC.

Due to expanding of the planted areas under soybeans to the record index of 2.2 mln ha, in the current season the general harvest of the oilseed will reach the record level of 3.8 mln tonnes.
