As for morning of March 17, all Ukrainian sea ports operated without limitation, this is shown by real-time data of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA).
According to the data, debouchement Bystroye, Bug-Dnepr-liman channel and Kherson sea channel are open.
USPA press-service informed about imposition of antiepidemic regime in all sea ports of Ukraine to prevent COVID-19 entry.
In particular, they launched the monitoring system and determined competent persons in USPA offices, developed operating plans as to informing if infected person detected, organized cooperation with laboratory center of Ministry of Health and State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, supervise agencies, captains of ships and business entities to control vehicles and people coming to ports from abroad, got quarantine berths and anchorages for ships quarantine, instructed USPA public officials and business entities to prevent entry of COVID-19 to sea ports of Ukraine, trained USPA public officials, supervise agencies in case of COVID-19 detection in sea ports of Ukraine.
