Russia extended the non-work week mode until the end of April




The Government extended the non-work week mode in Russia until April 30, declared the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on April 2.

According to the Head of state, imposition of the regime in the current week showed its effectiveness, and since the global peak of the coronavirus pandemic is still ahead, the authorities decided to extend the regime.

Also, the President specified that during the reporting period, the work of all socially important structures and bodies will be kept.

At the same time, he stressed that in case of any significant improvements, the authorities will cancel the measures before the end of the specified period.
