In January-February 2021, Russia imported 182 thsd tonnes of palm oil and its fractions, up 26.9% compared to the same period of 2020, informed Rosstat.
At the same time, in the reporting period the country decreased the foreign purchases of fresh and frozen meat by 13.7% to 38.3 thsd tonnes, poultry meat by 32.2% to 23.6thsd tonnes.
However, Russia increased import of butter by 4.4% to 19.4 thsd tonnes.
