In January-September 2021, Russia imported 803 thsd tonnes of palm oil and its fractions, up 7.1% compared to the same period of 2020, informed Rosstat.
At the same time, in the reporting period the country decreased the foreign purchases of fresh and frozen meat by 14.2% 170 thsd tonnes.
However, Russia increased import of butter by 3.3% to 85.1 thsd tonnes, poultry meat by 3.5% to 178 thsd tonnes.
