On the 29th of October “Delta Wilmar CIS” organizes a seminar for its partners. The seminar will take place as part of XII International forum “WORLD FOOD UKRAINE”. The topic of the seminar – “Production and usage of tropical oils based products”. The program includes the following issues:
1. Types of tropical oils. General requirements and regulatory documents. Reporter: Zoya Fedyakina, head of department for research of processing technologies of oils and fats of Kharkov Scientific Research Institute.
2. Sphere of use and application specificity of tropical oils and fats in production of food products. Reporter: Zoya Fedyakina, head of department for research of processing technologies of oils and fats of Kharkov Scientific Research Institute.
3. Production technology of speciality fats. Their usage by enterprises of confectionery, bakery and dairy industries. Reporter: Alexey Livinskiy, technologist of “Delta Wilmar CIS”, candidate of technical sciences.
