The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) cancelled the ban on the exports of groats from Russia, which was previously imposed on March 20, reported Interfax News Agency, on March 24, with reference to a source in the export industry.
Rosselkhoznadzor did not comment on the information, as well as the Service did not officially comment on the decision to impose the reporting ban.
Previously, the authorities planned to keep the ban in effect for 10 days. Then the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation on prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection should have made a decision on further actions.
