The Ukrainian fat-and-oil industry overcame a kind of checkpoint in the form of the first half of the season-2019/20, and it is fair to say that the industry has worked hard: to date, the market reached another records in the processing of oilseeds and exports of its by-products. In addition, the market had to function in terms of the severe turbulence of market climate, prices, political and economic games, and in addition — the global quarantine, due to the COVID-19 pandemic as the icing on the cake.
