In 2011, Kazakhstan faced the considerable increase of average yields of most agricultural crops, according to the Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The country harvested 26.96 mln tonnes of grains and leguminous crops, including 22.732 mln tonnes (84.3%) of wheat. The harvest volumes of oilseed totaled 1.141 mln tonnes.
