According to operative data as of August 19, Tajikistan harvested grains throughout the areas of 244 thsd ha, or 84% of the plan, declared the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As of the reporting date, agrarians produced over 664 thsd tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 2.84 t/ha.
It is noted that Khatlon oblast produced the largest harvest volumes - 409.7 thsd tonnes (the average yield – 3.4 t/ha).
