As of November 7, Russian agrarians harvested grains and pulses throughout the general areas of 45.4 mln ha (in 2016 - 45 mln ha), or 96.5% of the forecast. The production volumes of grains totaled 136 mln tonnes, with the average yield at 3 t/ha (in 2016 - 120.5 mln tonnes, and 2.68 t/ha), declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
In particular, agrarians harvested winter and spring wheat throughout 27.3 mln ha (99.1%), and produced 88 mln tonnes of the grain, with the average yield of 3.22 t/ha.
Russia harvested 21.7 mln tonnes of winter and spring barley throughout 7.7 mln ha (97.6%). The average yield totaled 2.81 t/ha.
Agricultural producers continued harvesting corn for grain, and already produced 9.1 mln tonnes. The harvested areas reached 1.8 mln ha (63.8%), with the yield at 4.94 t/ha.
Also, agrarians continued harvesting rice: the production volumes reached 1.1 mln tonnes, the harvested areas - 171 thsd ha (91.9%), and the average yield totaled 6.42 t/ha.
Agrarians already produced 8.3 mln tonnes of sunflower seed. The harvested areas reached 5.4 mln ha (69%), with the yield at 1.54 t/ha.
Russia harvested rapeseed throughout 899.4 thsd ha (91.3%), and produced 1.6 mln tonnes of the oilseed. The average yield totaled 1.74 t/ha.
Russia already produced 3.4 mln tonnes of soybeans. The harvested areas reached 2.3 mln ha (88.5%), with the yield at 1.51 t/ha.
Also, Russia planted winter crops throughout 16.8 mln ha, or 96.4% of the planned areas (in 2016 - 17 mln ha).
