As of November 20, Ukraine harvested 57.345 mln tonnes of grains and pulses throughout the areas of 13.704 mln ha (94% of the plan). The average yield totaled 4.18 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, agrarians harvested buckwheat throughout 179 thsd ha (99%), and produced 197 thsd tonnes of the grain. The average yield totaled 1.1 t/ha.
As of the reporting date, agrarians harvested 83 thsd tonnes of millet throughout 55 thsd ha (98%), with the yield at 1.5 t/ha.
Agricultural producers continued harvesting corn for grain, and already produced 19.087 mln tonnes. The harvested areas reached 3.653 mln ha (81%), with the yield at 5.22 t/ha.
In addition, Ukraine harvested 11.819 mln tonnes of sunflower seed throughout 5.886 mln ha (99%), with the average yield at 2.01 t/ha. The production volumes of soybeans reached 3.619 mln tonnes, the yield - 1.92 t/ha, and the harvested areas - 1.884 mln ha (95%).
Also, Ukrainian agrarians planted winter grains for the harvest-2018 throughout 6.903 mln ha (96% of the plan). In particular, the planted areas under winter wheat totaled 5.935 mln ha (97%), winter barley - 821 thsd ha (89%), and rye - 147 thsd ha (93%). Agrarians already planted winter rapeseed throughout 861 thsd ha (112%).
