As of November 9, farmers of Ukraine planted main winter crops throughout the areas of 7.7 mln ha (94% of the plan). Particularly, 221.2 thsd ha was planted during the last week, declared the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine.
- winter wheat was planted throughout 5.8 mln ha (95%);
- winter barley - 903 thsd ha (95%);
- winter rye - 119.5 thsd ha (90%);
- winter rapeseed - 865 thsd ha (86%).
