As of September 8, licensed cereal receiving points of Kazakhstan accepted only 1.3 mln tonnes of grains including 921 thsd tonnes of wheat, declared the First Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aydarbek Saparov.
He said that the agrarians have already harvested 12.2 mln tonnes of grains. Thus, the receiving points have accepted only 11% of the crop harvested.
“Usually, wet grain and grain with impurities are delivered to the cereal receiving points at first. That’s why and also taking into account the small share of total crop accepted we can say it is too early to estimate the quality of new crop grain”, - he pointed out.
