As of September 4, agrarian of Kyrgyzstan harvested grain crops throughout the areas of 392.8 thsd ha (84.2% of the plan), up 9.7 thsd ha compared to the same date of the last year. The production volumes reached 1.042 mln tonnes of grains (+100 thsd tonnes), with the average yield of 2.65 t/ha (+0.19 t/ha), declared the Ministry of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan on September 9.
“In particular, agrarians harvested 581.5 thsd tonnes of wheat throughout 208.2 thsd ha (84.1%), with the yield of 2.79 t/ha. Also, Kyrgyzstan harvested 460 thsd tonnes of barley throughout 184.5 thsd ha (84.2%), with the yield of 2.49 t/ha. Farmers harvested corn for grain throughout 17.8 thsd ha (16.9%). The output reached 109 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 6.11 t/ha”, - was stated in the message.
Agrarians harvested pulses throughout 3.3 thsd ha (5.3%). The production volumes reached 6 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.82 t/ha.
Oilseed crops were harvested throughout 6.7 thsd ha (34.1%). The production volumes reached 9.2 thsd tonnes, with the yield of 1.38 t/ha.
