As of December 8, farmers of Russia harvested grains and pulses throughout the areas of 46.4 mln ha (99% of the plan). The production volumes reached 138.1 mln tonnes of grains, with the average yield of 2.98 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
- wheat was harvested throughout 28.9 mln ha (99.8%). The output reached 88.1 mln tonnes with the yield of 3.05 t/ha.
- barley was harvested throughout 8.3 mln ha (99.4%). The output reached 22.2 mln tonnes with the yield of 2.69 t/ha.
- corn was harvested throughout 2.6 mln ha (96.1%). The output reached 14.2 mln tonnes tonnes with the yield of 5.46 t/ha.
- rice was harvested throughout 195.5 thsd ha (99.8%). The output reached 1.2 mln tonnes tonnes with the yield of 6.22 t/ha.
- sunflower seed was harvested throughout 8.3 mln ha (99.2%). The output reached 13.2 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.6 t/ha.
- rapeseed was harvested throughout 1.4 mln ha (99.1%). The output reached 2.7 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.89 t/ha.
- soybean was harvested throughout 2.7 mln ha (97.1%). The output reached 4.4 mln tonnes, with the yield of 1.65 t/ha.
