As of November 8, Ukrainian farmers planted winter grains throughout 7.3 mln ha or 94% of the plan, informs press-service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food. 13 oblasts have already completed the winter planting campaign.
“Particularly, agrarians planted wheat throughout 6.2 mln ha (94%), barley – 924 thsd ha (91%), rye – 158 thsd ha (99%)”, - the message says.
Besides, agrarians planted winter rapeseed throughout 1 mln ha or 99% of the forecast. 19 oblasts have already completed planting of winter rapeseed.
