Investigative forces of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine hold inquiry within criminal proceedings directed against two major Ukrainian agricultural holdings Kernel-Trade and Complex Agromars, declared Vladimir Khomenko, Deputy Minister of Revenue and Duties, on June 19.
According to the announcement, the criminal proceedings against the officials of LLC Kernel-Trade started in January, February and May of 2014 (based on the inspection certificates, launched in May 2013 and January 2014).
In November-December of 2013 and February 2014 the regional departments of the Ministry made inspection of the enterprises engaged in fictitious activities.
Also, V.Khomenko noted that fears of agricultural enterprises on the possible pressure of tax administration are baseless.
