On June 3, the Government of Ukraine adopted the decree that provides the opportunity to reduce the financial loading on grain exporters, strengthen the competitiveness of Ukrainian products on the global market, and improve the protection of the territory of Ukraine from the imports of certain dangerous organisms, declared the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture.

In particular, the decree provides for the exclusion of additional regulations for grain exporters by cancellation of the obligation to use of the recirculation system for grain fumigation.

At the same time, the decree will harmonize the list of control objects (in terms of moving through the territory of Ukraine, imports, exports and re-exports), by shortlisting of the organisms to the list that can pose phytosanitary risks (mites, nematodes, fungi).

In addition, the document proposes to unify the procedures for inspection and sampling (the form of the act to be adjusted in accordance with the selection procedure).
