In the first ten-day period of October 2019, most raions of the European territory of Russia demonstrated the changeable weather conditions with uneven precipitations. In the first half of the reporting period, in , and on most days of the period in , the weather conditions were very warm, and the average daily air temperature exceeded the standard by 2-5°C.
