In 2020, the harvest volumes of grain crops in Russia will exceed the average volumes over the last five years, declared the scientific leader of the Hydrometeorological Research Center of the Russian Federation (Hydrometcenter of Russia), Roman Vilfand on July 31.
“There is a high probability for grain output to exceed the average level. However, the agro-meteorologists point out some local problems in some regions”, - the expert said.
