Ukraine: grain market is expecting for price stabilization
According to data of APK-Inform Agency, due to fluctuations on the foreign exchange market of Ukraine most of export-oriented companies find it difficult to announce their UAH purchasing prices on CPT-port basis for milling wheat and feed maize. In some cases the export companies increased their bid prices for grains to 2150 UAH/t and 1950 UAH/t CPT-port respectively, but nobody realized sales at the such prices.
In turn, the majority of agrarians also preferred restraining sales of large-scale grain volumes until stabilization of UAH/USD exchange rate.
Thus, the sales of grains on the domestic market were not practically realized.
