To date the legislative system of the Ukrainian grain market is formed in accordance with the world leading approaches, declared Andrei Zablotsky, Senior lawyer of the law firm Volkov & Partners, on March 4 during his speech at the first international conference "Ukrainian grain to the world!", held in Hong Kong.
Despite the fact that there are some administrative barriers in Ukraine, in the short-term prospect the country is expected to overcome them, said the expert.
He also noted that in 1-2 years the country will create new legal mechanisms for investment in crop production and infrastructure.
It is worth noting that in the current moment it is observed the gradual introduction of effective and guaranteed mechanisms to attract funds to the Ukrainian grain market, and realize some deregulation and reducing of the administrative barriers to increase the turnover of commodities, added A.Zablotsky.
