One of the biggest agricultural producers in Ukraine the Mironivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) Agroholding plans to continue work in the Crimea annexed by the Russian Federation by re-executing the documentation and brining its three assets activity to the Russian legislation, declared the Head of IR and Communications в MHP SA, Anastasiya Sobotyuk on March 19, 2014.
A.Sobotyuk stated there is no discussion on closing or selling the active assets. She added that the Agroholding is ready to re-execute documentation, but there is no information about time limits.
A.Sobotyuk marked that the products of poultry plant Druzhba Narodov Nova, the meet factory and the Crimean fruit company, located in the Crimea to be realized on the peninsula and supplied to Russia.
The company Mironivsky Hliboproduct – the biggest poultry meat producer in Ukraine. They also produce corn, sunflower, wheat, rapeseed, fruit and beef, sausage goods apart from poultry and derivative plants.
The Holding is represented by the following brands on the market: Nasha Ryaba, Legko, Druzhba Narodiv, Baschinsky, Europroduct, Angus, Fua Gra. The land bank of the company is nearly 360 thsd ha.
