Ukraine: Ministry of Agrarian Policy and grain traders to develop the law on organization of economic activity in the Crimea

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine together with grain traders will develop the draft law regulating the economic activities of participants of the grain market at the territory of temporary occupied Crimea, declared the Interdepartmental working group on functioning of the grain market of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy on March 25.

The economic entities which have property and commercial complexes at the territory of the Crimea, plan to maintain their economic presence on the peninsula. Therefore, in order to avoid financial losses of the companies and regulate all issues of the exports of grain cargoes, there was made a decision on the need for adoption of the certain law, which will regulate economic activities of the companies of the region in the legal field.

Igor Schwayka, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, supported the initiative. According to him, he will give all necessary support for adoption of the law on economic activity in the temporary occupied territory.
