Russia wants to develop full-rate economic relations with the USA and countries of the European Union, declared Dmitry Medvedev, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, on April 2, 2014.
The Head of the Government stated it is obvious that economic relations should not to be immolated to political ambitions, preconceptions and political positions, despite the current situation development in the region.
