On April 4, 2014 the European business-association declared that it is necessary to liberalize grain and granary certification in Ukraine.
In particular, the Grain & Oilseed Committee stand for renewal of regulations on the unlimited certification of service conformity of grain and its by-products storage and claim remission of certification while being moved on the domestic and export markets, and is in accordance with the Ukrainian Government expectation of market deregulation.
There is the necessity on the two Draft Laws adopting, being under the consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On grain and grain market of Ukraine” (in personal to grain market deregulation)” (#2459) and “On amendments to some legislative acts in personal to reduction in numbers of expansive documents” (#2436) with the comparative table wording, prepared to the second reading.
