The International Monetary Fund does not set conditions for lending, declared the Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Oleksandr Shlapak on April 9, 2014.
O.Shlapak mentioned that there are significant problems in the energy sector, and the range of others where Ukraine should establish order.
The Minister added that there is a list of Draft Laws in the Parliament on the stated issues, but the Rada is taking time with their passage.
