Russia plans to increase investment inflow to the agricultural sector of the Crimea, declared Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on April 17.
According to him, the Crimea has a very good industrial and agricultural potential, and Russia will develop it.
At the same time, V.Putin did not specify the sum of investments, but noted the significant fall of production in the agrarian sphere of the region during recent 25 years. For example, in 2013 the agricultural production rates in the Crimea reduced by 60% compared with the results of 1990.
