After provision of the relevant documents to the State veterinary and phytosanitary service of Ukraine, the domestic traders may get admittance to export grains to the People's Republic of China, informed the letter of the Service dd. 15.04.2014 addressed to Ukrainian Grain Association.
In particular, it is necessary to provide some information about the company-exporter (in Ukrainian and English); the list of planted areas where during the vegetation period in 2014 is realized the control of application of the integrated system of plant protection against the pests specified in the protocols, signed between Ukraine and China; the list of storage locations which are subject to export maize, soybeans and barley.
According to the results of phytosanitary procedures (inspection and testing during the vegetation period), the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine will make a decision on accordance of the capacities and commodities to the requirements of the phytosanitary protocols.
