Ukraine to regulate the issue on the grain exports from the Crimea

On July 10, 2014 the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Igor Schwayka, charged the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service to regulate the issue on grain exports from the Crimea.

At the same time, the President of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Leonid Kozachenko stated grain exports from the Crimea is illegal. The General Manager of Nibulon, Alexey Vadatursky, supported the stated position.

A.Vadatursky mentioned that the Crimean ports are closed for international ships. Under the international law, countries, which support the UN Convention have not to accept ships from the Crimea.

According to the General Manager of Nibulon, the stated actions will not escape unpunished.
