As of July 17, 2014 agrarians of Russia had harvested grains throughout of 7.1 mln ha, or 15.4% of the harvested areas (in 2013 – 9 mln ha). There were produced 24.9 mln tonnes of grain (in 2013 – 27 mln tonnes) with the yield of 3.51 t/ha (in 2013 – 3.01 t/ha).
In particular, as of the reported date Russian agrarians had harvested winter and spring wheat throughout of 5.7 mln ha, or 22.7% of the harvested areas (in 2013 – 6.9 mln ha). There were produced 20.5 mln tonnes of the stated crops (in 2013 – 21.8 mln tonnes) with the yield of 3.61 t/ha (in 2013 – 3.17 t/ha).
Winter and spring harvested areas totaled 800.1 thsd ha, or 8.6% of the total rate (in 2013 – 907.6 thsd ha). Agrarians produced 2.7 mln tonnes of grain (in 2013 – 2.4 mln tonnes) with the yield of 3.36 t/ha (in 2013 – 2.67 t/ha).
At the same time, winter rapeseed was harvested throughout of 185.3 thsd ha, or 14.9% of the harvested areas (in 2013 – 172.4 thsd ha). Thus, there were produced 298.5 thsd tonnes of oilseeds (in 2013 – 294 thsd tonnes) with the yield of 1.61 t/ha (in 2013 – 1.72 t/ha).
