In the Aktau Sea Port (the Republic of Kazakhstan), the situation with grain rail cars started coming back to standard - empty rail cars started returning from the port, reported the web-portal Margin.kz on October 24.

According to the announcement, for a good time the port terminals were overloaded, and some delays with spotting of vessels to the port increased the transport collapse. Therefore, both Kazakh and Russian grain rail cars became wheeled storehouses nearby the Aktau port. Large-scale jam of loaded grain rail cars and the failure to provide their timely unloading became the major reasons for development of such situation.

As a reminder, on October 20 the port Aktau declared a conventional ban for barley loading until October 30.
