To date, the Russian authorities already solved all issues related to the export of grain crops to Turkey, declared the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Jambulat Khatuov on November 9.

Also, J.Khatuov noted that since the beginning of the season (July 1, 2017) Turkey took the second position after Egypt in the TOP list of the leading importers of Russian grains.

As a reminder, on October 9 Turkey made changes in the procedure of Russian agricultural products delivery. In particular, the decision covered imposition of the mandatory assurance of the invoices submitted to the Embassy and consulates of Turkey for Russian agricultural products supplied to the country. The reporting requirements covered the supply of soft wheat, hard wheat, corn, peas, rice, sunflower oil, sunflower cake, etc.
