Ukrainian agrarians already harvested grains throughout the areas of 14.1 mln ha (95% of the plan). The production volumes totaled 65.1 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 4.61 t/ha, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on November 13.

In particular, agrarians still continued harvesting corn for grain. The harvest volumes totaled 30 mln tonnes, the areas — 4 mln ha (87%), and the yield — 7.54 t/ha. The harvest volumes of buckwheat totaled 135 thsd tonnes throughout 107 thsd ha (99%), with the yield of 1.26 t/ha; and millet — 78 thsd tonnes throughout 51 thsd ha (98%), with the yield of 1.54 t/ha.

In addition, Ukraine harvested 13.7 mln tonnes of sunflower seed throughout 6 mln ha (99%), with the average yield of 2.27 t/ha; and soybeans — 4.3 mln tonnes throughout 1.7 mln ha (98%), with the yield of 2.57 t/ha. The production of rapeseed totaled 2.7 mln tonnes, the areas — 1 mln ha, and the yield — 2.61 t/ha.

Also, Ukrainian agrarians harvested 12.6 mln tonnes of sugar beet throughout 256 thsd ha (92%), with the yield of 49.2 t/ha.

As of the reporting date, Ukraine already planted winter grains for the harvest-2019 throughout 7.1 mln ha (98%), in terms of the planned level of 7.2 mln ha. In addition, agrarians planted winter rapeseed throughout over 1.02 mln ha (116%), in terms of the planned level of 888 thsd ha.
