Since the beginning of 2018/19 MY (July 1), and as of May 22, Ukraine already supplied 45.405 mln tonnes of grains and pulses on foreign markets, reported the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
In particular, Ukraine exported 14.768 mln tonnes of wheat (down 1.17 mln tonnes compared with the same date last year), 3.497 mln tonnes of barley (down 689 thsd tonnes), and 88.2 thsd tonnes of rye (up 53.2 thsd tonnes). At the same time, the supplies of corn reached 26.396 mln tonnes, up 10.734 mln tonnes compared with the same period in 2017/18 MY.
In addition, since the beginning of the current season Ukraine exported 262.1 thsd tonnes of flour (down 131.4 thsd tonnes), including 261 thsd tonnes of wheat flour.
