As of the beginning of July 2019, the general harvest of grain crops in Azerbaijan totaled almost 2.515 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 3.21 t/ha, declared the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan.
In particular, agrarians harvested wheat throughout 463.7 thsd ha, or 68.4% of the planned areas, and barley — 319.44 thsd ha (96.4%).
