Organizers of the annual specialized conference "Grain Processors Forum - 2019", which takes place in Odessa, Ukraine, on October 3-4, updated the preliminary agenda of the session part of the event.
Thus, the first day of the Forum includes two sessions. Within frames of the first session "Market of grain by-products: trends & forecasts", the speakers will analyze in detail the current condition and prospects of development of the global and Ukrainian markets of grains and flour-groats products. The list of the session speakers includes the Director at the Union "Millers of Ukraine", Rodion Rybchinskiy, the Head of the information department at APK-Inform Agency, Andrei Kupchenko, the Chairman of the auditing committee at the Union "Millers of Ukraine", Sergei Sakirkin, the General Director at the association Ukrhlibprom, Olexandr Vasylchenko, the Head of the representative office of Bühler AG in Ukraine, General Director of Bühler Service, Andriy Sharan, and other leading experts of the industry.
The second session will focus on the technical and technological aspects in the flour and groats industry. The speakers will cover the issues of modernization of the effective grain processing businesses, improving of the energy efficiency of flour and groats producing enterprises, etc.
Also, the first day of the Forum includes two panel discussions "Perspective directions of grain products processing" and "Work of flour mills in terms of cancellation of the standards for the methodology of quality definition of grains and its by-products".
On the second day of "Grain Processors Forum - 2019", the conference participants will have the guided tour to Shabo (Odessa oblast), to the unique cheese dairy with authentic Dutch equipment "European cheese factory".
