In 2018/19 MY, Kazakhstan increased the shipments of rapeseed oil on foreign markets to 49 thsd tonnes, which became the absolute record for the reporting market segment, reported the Statistics Committee at the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Thus, the export share of the product in its general distribution structure in Kazakhstan reached 91%, against 72% in the season-2017/18.
China (93%) became the main buyer of Kazakh rapeseed oil, and almost doubled the purchases compared with the previous season.
