As of November 15, Belarusian agrarians harvested corn for grain throughout the areas of 180.4 thsd ha, or 99% of the plan (182.2 thsd ha), reported the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.
As of the reporting date, the production volumes of corn totaled 1.369 mln tonnes, with the average yield of 7.59 t/ha.
In particular, three oblasts of Belarus (Brest, Vitebsk and Gomel oblasts) already completed the grain harvesting campaign. At the same time, Mogilev oblast still had the unharvested areas under the grain — only 6.3% of the areas (1.4 thsd ha), as well as Minsk oblast — 0.6% (0.3 thsd ha), and Grodno oblast — 0.4% (0.1 thsd ha).
