In January-October period of 2019, the joint index of costs for production of agricultural commodities in Ukraine increased by 0.8% compared with the same period of 2018, reported the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
In particular, the costs for production of plant growing commodities grew by 0.8% compared with January-October of 2018, and animal commodities — up 0.4%.
According to the statistics figures, in October 2019 the costs for production of agricultural commodities increased by 2.2% compared with the previous month, including the figures for plant growing commodities — up 2.8%, and animal commodities — up 0.6%.
Also, in January-October the cost indices for materials and equipment of industrial origin used in agriculture, lowered by 0.1% compared with the figures in the first ten months of 2018.
